Weight Loss Check In #4 and Stamp Organization

Just a quick one - down 1/2 pound from last week. Didn't exercise at all and was right up to my calories every day. I need to do better. But at least things are still progressing.

  1. Good job on the 1/2lb though! I know how frustrating it is when it moves so slowly, so its not much solace to say "at least its moving in the right direction!"
    But, man, that is true! So much better than gaining! And at least you feel like you know why its slow, and what you can do better.
