Weight Loss Check In #2

Good morning! Checking in with my results from last week.

I lost 2 pounds from last Monday, bringing my two week total to 3.5 pounds. I ate pretty well and under calorie 5 of the 7 days. I only worked out one time, however. I am hoping that I can do better with that this week. But I am happy with my eating, and my progress so far.
