Project Life 2013: Weeks 33 & 34

Because I have a separate mini album for our Disney trip, I kept my Project Life spreads for those 2 weeks super simple. I didn't even include anything from the few days surrounding the 11 day trip. I just added 14 of my favorite photos, and used the Michaels exclusive Vintage Travel edition for my journaling.

Since I used the same core kit for both weeks, I thought I'd just show you them both together. I bought the Vintage Travel edition on a whim, and I sold off 2/3 of the kit because there's no way I'd use the entire thing. Other than a few too many "explore" cards for my liking, the kit is beautiful and versatile and I am sure I'll be using it on more than just travel layouts.

Here are weeks 33 and 34 in full:

And closeups of each page:

I didn't add any embellishments other than the thickers for my week numbers. I just kept the whole thing really simple and I love how it turned out.

I did include my scrapbook layout about Austin at the pool inside of week 33:

I think the scrapbook page coordinates nicely with the Vintage Travel edition.

That's how I documented our trip in my Project Life album. On Friday I will show you my Disney mini book!
