Here's a closeup of the letters so you can see the texture:
These come as one 12x12 PNG sheet. It's really easy to grab the letters and drag them onto your photo (or layout, journaling card, etc).
Open up the alpha sheet file and your image (or layout) in Photoshop Elements (or Photoshop):
Click on the rectangular selection tool:
Now draw a box around the letter, number, or symbol you want to use:
Next click on the drag tool:
Drag the letter onto your image or layout:
Here you can resize it to fit your layout using the transform feature.
Just continue selecting and dragging each letter you want to use into your layout. Here's the photo I made using this alpha. I thought the burlap went so well with a photo of the kids riding in a wagon at Smolak Farms last year:
