Storyland Photos

Last photo dump for the week :) These are pictures from our trip to Storyland this past weekend.

Austin liked the rides we went on, but he was way more interested in playing in the sandbox, sliding on the slides, and playing in the water fountains.

We sent him into the ball crawl, but he pretty much just stood there, not knowing what to do.

Brad and I had some fun with Miss Muffet's spider:

When we passed this sandbox Austin starting yelling "GUCK!" and pointing, and we had to stop.

When I picked up Austin at daycare on Friday, the daycare teacher informed me that Austin goes down the slide completely on his own, so you know we had to take him on some slides this weekend.

Brad being silly:

As I said, this kid LOVED the fountains:

Loved these flowers and had to snap a quick pic before we left the park:

On our way home, we stopped at one of my favorite restaurants that I used to frequent while I was growing up:

  1. Oh my gosh... Austin in the fountain!
Looks like he has an awesome time!
I've never been there, but it looks super cute!

    1. Thanks! He had a great time :) The park is pretty good sized, too - there's about, I don't know, 2 dozen rides, and only 5 of them are minimum height of 36". And all rides, adults can go on with the child, which is awesome. It's totally a family park. I love that the rides and structures are themed for different storybooks, too.

It is a long drive from us though - almost 3 hours! But after traveling 6 hours to NY and 4 to Vermont this summer, that didn't seem so long. Haha. Next year Austin will be able to do all the rides so I can't wait to bring him back.
