Project Life 2012: Week 32

Ah, feels good catching up! Here's week 32, using my free retro kit (and a few of the coordinating items in my Etsy shop).

I resized a couple of my bottle caps to fit my punches (see here for my tutorial), printed them and punched them out. This one was using a 1.25" circle punch from McGill.

This little quote bubble punch is from Fiskars (bought on clearance super cheap, and this was the first time I used it). I just used a sponge dauber to sponge some ink around the edges (Stampin' Up!'s Marina Mist).

And had to use my Favorite Photo card. To put the picture behind the printed card (I didn't use the layered template in the interest of time, I just didn't feel like changing the colors), I used the 1" Recollections square punch and punched all four corners of the photo block. Then I used scissors to cut between the punches, and easy peasy, I had the perfect sized hole for the photo:

Other supplies used were a Martha Stewart scoreboard for folding the round label over the photo, and a Marvy 2" circle punch.

Planning to link back up to The Mom Creative today, so make sure you stop by and check out everyone's layouts!
