Project Life Organization

I created a little Project Life station next to where I take my photos so that I could leave my binder out and have all my supplies right at hand. I used some of my Christmas money to pick up a couple of craft storage units at Michaels (on sale for 40% off).

The craft unit has a slot for my extra page protectors and my card stock in the back. It has a smaller slot in the middle where I'm storing extra embellishments that coordinate nicely with my set. And in the front are three sections where I have extra journaling cards, some other inserts that I plan to use, and the super long journal cards and stickers. There's a draw in the bottom where I have my date stamp and ink pad with room for more embellishments.

To prepare for 2012 and make it easier on myself, I followed the instructions in this post over on Lovely Living and pre-dated my title cards and inserted my journal cards for the whole year. I have a bunch extra that I figure I can change out as I go, but at least this puts cards in each week that I can just slide out and fill in.

Now I'm ready to go!

In other Project Life news, upon seeing Mama Castner's Clementine kit today, I ordered up one for myself (with the binder and card stock). I anticipate using them for my old photos that need to be scrapbooked (a bunch I even need to print!). The kit is gorgeous, so I can't wait to get it.
