I meant to post this the other day and forgot. Too many things going on. Jen and I weighed in, for ourselves, on Friday at work, and I'm already down 3.9 pounds, or about 2.2% of my body weight! I have 4 weeks to go in the competition. Last night I was way too sore for the treadmill, so I did crunches and leg pumps and pushups. Not many, but something. I've tried very hard to eat less, and not much fried food at all. I'm not perfect, but I'm trying.
Today's high? Fitting into my size 10 low rise corduroys. I have a decent muffin top going, but they button up. I guess I'm officially out of maternity pants? (though, I don't have that many pairs of regular pants that fit me anymore after my wardrobe cleaning, so for a little while I'm going to have to wear maternity pants to work, because all I have is jeans otherwise).
