Meal Plan

Spent the morning researching the new WW system and came up with a meal plan. I found a couple of websites that had the information on how to calculate points, a scanned copy of the weight watchers food points booklet, and, for future reference, restaurant point values.

Came up with this meal plan. Right now, some things are estimates (est) - I haven't picked out weight watchers meals for Tuesday and Thursday yet. I do not know the nutritional information for Nana 7, but I have a comment cell that helped me estimate based off the menu, and I added another 6 points for error. Other things I went to the product's website and looked up the nutritional information and rounded UP on everything that was an uneven point value.

RBC = Raisin Bran Crunch
milk is skim, always
macaroni salad = 3/4 cup elbow macaroni, 1/2 cup tuna, 1 cup lettuce, 1/4 cup ff mayo, peas
