Quilling

A post today on Stamping reminded me of art I'd seen at a craft fair last year. It's called Quilling - taking thin strips of paper, winding them around a small thin needle/skewer, and making designs with them.

It's definitely something I'd like to try, at some point. The one above is more elaborate than I'd be starting out, that's for sure, but it sure is pretty! There's way too much fun in paper crafts!

I wish I had the patience for projects like that.

  2. I have some pretty basic patterns on my web site that are perfect for cards/scrapbooks. Also instruction sheets and reference material . . .all can be downloaded and printed. Try it, you'll love it!
